Quotes & estimates

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide (such as the size and condition of your space and the service requested). Final pricing is confirmed with you before work begins and may be adjusted if conditions differ materially from what was described.

Scheduling & cancellations

We'll confirm your appointment in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us reasonable notice so we can adjust our schedule and offer the slot to other customers.

Access to your property

Satisfaction guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, contact us promptly after your service and we'll make it right — typically by re-cleaning the affected area.

Insurance & liability

Noble House Cleaning is insured and bonded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, and we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, the SMS program is governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
